How to download app from appdb

These are both linked to the same email and I can download and install apps on my iPad just fine. No prompts to install, no app downloading progress bar, nothing. I also tried installing custom applications and it's the same as well. Hello, I have manually unlinked both of my devices and re-linked my iPhone and iPad and the issue changed, but still exists.

My iPad can still download books and apps without a problem, but my iPhone can now prompt and install apps. The problem is that these apps don't actually open. They immediately crash and they're useless. Please provide logs from your device.
